Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes. Rent for 6 days and get the 7th day free.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a $200 refundable deposit is required.
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
A 7.38% sales tax applies to all rentals.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Rentals include 250 miles per day.
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Additional mileage is charged at $0.35 per mile.
What are your standard business hours?
We are open 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily.
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-up and return times must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes, with advance notice.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?
Within 25 miles: $50 for rentals under 1 week; free for rentals 1 week or longer
Over 25 miles: Case-by-case basis
Anywhere within 10 miles of 720 W Lake Street: $125 one-way
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Yes. Custom deliveries must be arranged in advance and approved.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
Young Driver Fee (21–24): $200 with company approval
Prepaid Gas: $55
Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel
Late Fee: $25 per day
Retrieval Fee: $100
Do you offer additional equipment or services?
Not at this time.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
An additional driver can be added for $25, provided they meet age and license requirements.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
🚭 No smoking allowed. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes, renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and parking violations incurred during the rental period.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
We provide vehicles in perfectly clean condition for every rental. Please return the car in the same condition for the next renter. Cleaning fees apply if not:
Excessively Dirty – $150
Beach Sand/Sunscreen – $250 (detailing required)
